1. First come, first serve basis.

2. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY! Backout buyers strictly will be BLACKLISTED.

3. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Strictly No Haggle!

4. Prices of products are without postage charges, unless it is stated so.

5. We will be using Pos Laju Malaysia only. 
 Since POS MALAYSIA will be very strict now(they won't allow any goods to be delivered using POS EXPRESS envelope anymore),therefore, we will use POS LAJU ONLY from now on to ship your order.
(started from 1 August 2011).

*Rates may increase depending on the weight or size of items.

6. Item(s) are NOT exchangeable or refundable. Color of stocks may not be exactly the same to the display picture shown in website.

7. We will not be liable for any damages or loss caused during shipping of item(s).

8. Payments are to be made within 2 days after confirmation.

9. Items will be mailed out within 7 working days once payment has been received.(We will contact you ASAP if we are not able to do so)
